It was cheap and the place itself was quite close to the city Center, easy to reach
You could not close the bathroom doors. The furniture was worn down and partly broken. Water quality was questionable

Very Good
Great apartament with large balcony with jaccuzzi. Spacious rooms and fully equipped kitchen.
Balcony is shared with another apartament. Small elevator (only for 2 people)

Almost tolerable for the price
The apartment is very spacious. The washing machine and internet worked fine. The location is decent. Two restrooms is a big plus. Also two refrigerators so lots of space for food and drinks.
Overall quite dirty. The floor carpet has tons of stains. There was quite a lot of HAIR in the bed sheets which was incredibly disgusting. (See the pics for examples) Plates had dirt as well. Pillows, mattresses and bed linen were all in absolutely terrible shape. One towel was missing but we found a dirty one behind the washing machine. The elevator only carries two people and often not even that. It's very unreliable, can get stuck or not stop at the right floor. Kitchen was missing some basic stuff. It seemed like the fire alarms had been removed? It's clear from the pictures but I'd like to emphasize that the apartment doesn't have a living room or a sofa. If you want to chill around with your group your only option is the kitchen table, which is very uncomfortable by the way. The "garden view" is actually a little depressing, at least on the floor we were in. The backyard patio seems like it has been abandoned years ago. Tenants upstairs were very noisy during the first night. Also the night club in the first floor makes some noise during weekends but thankfully not too bad because the apartment is so high.
