The apartment is very spacious. The washing machine and internet worked fine. The location is decent. Two restrooms is a big plus. Also two refrigerators so lots of space for food and drinks.

Overall quite dirty. The floor carpet has tons of stains. There was quite a lot of HAIR in the bed sheets which was incredibly disgusting. (See the pics for examples) Plates had dirt as well. Pillows, mattresses and bed linen were all in absolutely terrible shape. One towel was missing but we found a dirty one behind the washing machine. The elevator only carries two people and often not even that. It's very unreliable, can get stuck or not stop at the right floor. Kitchen was missing some basic stuff. It seemed like the fire alarms had been removed? It's clear from the pictures but I'd like to emphasize that the apartment doesn't have a living room or a sofa. If you want to chill around with your group your only option is the kitchen table, which is very uncomfortable by the way. The "garden view" is actually a little depressing, at least on the floor we were in. The backyard patio seems like it has been abandoned years ago. Tenants upstairs were very noisy during the first night. Also the night club in the first floor makes some noise during weekends but thankfully not too bad because the apartment is so high.

This was by the worst experience any of us who stayed in the flat ever had with accommodations.

The apartment is very spacious and the location is pretty good, but these positives were ruined by the other horrible aspects of this property.

Extremely dirty apartment, dirty and old bed sheets, unbearable smell throughout the whole flat, especially the kitchen, which was too disgusting and filthy to sit in, much less use and eat in. The walls in the apartment were dirty and unpainted, while the elevator was not working. The host did not answer numerous phone calls the first day we called after entering the flat, and when we finally reached him he told us to not call and hung up the phone . The next day we reached by messages a woman that was also our contact for the flat and asked her to have the flat cleaned and the sheets changed, and after the call someone came and cleaned just one of the bathrooms and changed the bed sheets in just two of the four bedrooms, while the rest of the apartment remained dirty.
